Pavement Engineer

Shashwath joined GRI in 2022 bringing over three years of experience in pavement related projects, and analyzing and designing asphalt and concrete pavement structures to the team. As a Pavement Engineer, Shashwath will be responsible for performing field pavement condition surveys, visual pavement evaluations, completing pavement evaluations utilizing Non-Destructive Falling Weight Deflectometer, completing back calculations and data analysis, and developing pavement rehabilitation plans and designs. Shashwath will support GRI’s Pavement Engineering team.
