Water & Environment
GRI has built a strong foundation working on Water & Environment projects, such as water/wastewater infrastructure, flood control, and habitat restoration. Our team is knowledgeable about the various challenges associated with these projects and we approach each project understanding the need to balance innovation with practicality and cost.
Our Water & Environment team are actively providing resilient design solutions that are sustainable and improve the local environment from seismic resiliency studies for critical water infrastructure to constructing new fish passage structures to improve habitats. As a firm built in the northwest, we know that infrastructure can be exposed to geologic and seismic hazards and highly variable subsurface conditions. We believe it is important to actively communicate risk and provide constructible and cost-effective solutions to achieve a successful finished product for our clients and the community.
