Team & Culture

GRI was founded on a simple mantra: Have fun and do good work. We take this seriously. Having fun and doing good work are synonymous. There is simply nothing more rewarding than believing in the work you do each day and understanding the impact that it has on others.

Over the years, GRI has grown from a handful of technical professionals into a firm of nearly 50 professionals. We are deeply dedicated to our work, but we like to have fun too. GRI believes in investing in staff relationships because after all, consulting is a relationship business.

We value the time and energy that our professionals put into their work and try to celebrate our successes whenever we can. Over the years, GRI staff have developed some pretty cool traditions – bake-offs, camping trips, family picnics, kickball/softball leagues, bike/trail rides, summer cornhole tournaments, Secret Santa and craft parties for GRI staff children, and a lot of milestone anniversary parties along the way. We have celebrated big and small personal milestones with each other over the years and love a reason for eating cake or toasting each other after a staff meeting!
