Sam Davis

Field Specialist

Sam joined GRI in 2026 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Oregon State University. As a Field Specialist, he is responsible for assisting with field investigations, collecting soil and groundwater samples, and performing field observations and documentation. Sam brings a strong foundation in geology and a hands-on approach to supporting GRI’s field and project teams.

Either No Country for Old Men or The Lord of the Rings trilogy

Hiking, camping, swimming, and visiting national parks
