Reilly Aldrich
Staff Engineer
Reilly joined GRI in 2026 after finishing her Bachelors in Civil Engineering at Portland State University. As a Staff Engineer, she is responsible for conducting laboratory testing of soil and rock, providing construction observation services, and performing engineering analyses.
Where is your hometown? How did it shape who you are today?
Bellingham Washington. Growing up in the drizzly Pacific Northwest gave me a love for being outdoors in all types of weather, as well as a love for a variety of outdoor activities.

Khao Soi
Favorite activity outside of work?
Biking (and bikepacking!), climbing, and playing ultimate frisbee. I love anything that gets me outside!
