Kailynn joined GRI in 2026 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. As a Marketing Coordinator, she supports proposals, marketing materials, and business development efforts. She has experience in the A/E/C industry creating visual content and materials that support client pursuits. Kailynn is known for her attention to detail, design sensibility, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Where is your hometown? How did it shape who you are today?
I grew up on farmland in Hillsboro, OR, which gave me a strong appreciation for our natural environment and how it shapes everyday life.

Cookie dough.

I played basketball in college.
