Dale Dickenson

Dale joined GRI in 2023 as Director of Human Resources & Business Administration. Dale brings over 20 years’ diverse experience having worked in both smaller firms as well as larger Fortune 500 Companies. Dale has been certified as both a Professional (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and strives to know the business well enough to be considered an “operational manager in HR clothing.”

What is your favorite thing about working at GRI?
The people.

Where is your hometown? How did it shape who you are today?:
Grew up in a suburb of San Diego. West coast beach culture in the 1980s was pretty cool. Keeps you mellow in times of stress.

An interesting fact about yourself:
