Why Scott for the Interstate Bridge Replacement?

Scott has led over 250 geotechnical projects while at GRI and provides project-specific knowledge and problem solving skills to take a project from inception through successful project completion. Scott will use his specialized experience with ground improvement and seismic design mitigation to oversee project design and identify a critical path for a reliable and practical approach to the Interstate Bridge Replacement. In the past few years, Scott has developed multi-faceted approach to projects from both the owner and designer perspective from his experience working on Earthquake Ready Burnside Bridge (Multnomah County) and Interstate 5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project (ODOT).
