Chris has over 23 years of transportation and development experience completing geotechnical investigations and analysis for bridges, roadway widenings, retaining walls, approach embankments, commercial structures, and landslide mitigation projects that involve extensive interagency and multidisciplinary coordination. His experience has addressed large projects with challenging site access along heavily trafficked urban and rural roadways. His technical ability and project management skills focus on smooth delivery of project elements.

Chris has a strong background in shallow and deep foundation design, seismic analyses, and considerable experience with heavy earthwork projects including construction of driven piles, drilled shafts, secant piles, micropiles, drilled and socketed piles, and soldier pile tied-back retaining walls, slope stability and settlement analysis. Chris has worked extensively on the Oregon side where there are challenges with soft soils, he has experience leading geotechnical investigations for projects such as Victory Lombard.
