Senior Engineer

Tom joined GRI in 2013 while completing his master’s degree at Portland State University. As a Project Engineer, he is responsible for managing complex field exploration programs, soil and rock engineering analysis, and comprehensive report preparation. He has extensive experience in structural fill conditioning, placement, and compaction; horizontal drains; deep foundation construction; and seismic design.
