Keith joined GRI in 1997 as a recent graduate of OSU. He provides senior-level engineering and management for a broad range of geotechnical studies that include bridges, retaining structures, pump stations, buried utilities, roadways, large cuts and fills, landslides, dams, braced excavations, and waterfront structures. Over the past 10 years, he has served as project engineer for geotechnical services for more than 40 bridges in Oregon. He also has extensive experience related to heavy industry projects for the wood products industry.
