Scott joined in 2000 and became a principal in 2014. He has 14 years of experience in geotechnical engineering in Oregon, Washington, and California. He has completed a broad range of geotechnical investigations that have addressed bridges, roadways, deep foundation-supported structures, embankments, deep excavations and dewatering, slope stability, and waterfront terminals. Scott leads GRI’s earthquake engineering group and has completed seismic studies for many essential infrastructure projects.
